Return and Refund Policy

All products, once processed have no refunds. Once your phone time has been added, there is no way to remove it. We do not no longer honor any refunds possible and once your order has been placed, we are only looking to refill your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. Your item must be in the original. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not return refills that have been already done if you put down the incorrect number. We emphasize you put the correct number in the notes section of your order to ensure this does not happen.
